  • What: Schools are invited to participate in the Read 4 Adventure Program where their students can earn their choice of a free pass for a High Trek Adventure either on the ropes course or to play laser tag.

  • Why: Our kids are tempted by the endless commercial production of video games, movies and streaming videos. It is a challenge to either get them to read or even to go outside and get some exercise while enjoying the beautiful Northwest. This program confronts all three of three of these issues by motivating them to read so they can go outside and have a fully paid adventure.
  • When: Registration will be available starting December 2021 and the reading program will run during the month of March 2021. Schools will have until April 15th to submit the list of students who achieved the reading goal
  • How: Students need to read for fun for a total of 8 hours. Acceptable materials include books, magazines, newspapers, eBooks or comic books. Reading for homework or a class assignment does NOT count. A reading log pdf will be provided to the school organizer for distribution.
